How long will my order take?
All items are printed in-house and many of them made to order. This means we can offer superb quality control however it also means items are rarely available for instant dispatch. Most orders will be dispatched in 3-5 working days. Premium products may have a longer lead time which will be stated on the product page. If you require your order urgently feel free to ask by DM on X or Instagram.
What are the delivery options?
Tracked delivery by Royal Mail is offered as standard worldwide*. UK orders will be sent using a 48 hour service. International orders are estimated to take 5-7 days however this may vary based on customs. If you are purchasing from the EU or Canada please keep an eye on your emails for customs info that may require a response or payment of import fees. In busy periods such as Christmas or Cup finals, a 24 hour delivery option will be added.

How much is delivery?
P&P is calculated based on weight of your items and shipping destination. Starting at £1.99 for UK and £7.99 Internationally.
Can I return my order?
Of course! You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it as long as the items are unused and in the same condition as they were sent. Please contact us first for returns info. You will be responsible for returning your order so consider using a recorded service and be aware your original P&P will not be refunded. Some items are non-returnable, this will be marked clearly on the product page.
How do your items fit?
There is a range of items available which have different sizing. Every item will have a size guide on it's product page as well as helpful tips about the specific cut of that garment.
Will sold out items be restocked?
In most cases, yes. Unless stated as a limited edition, sold out designs will be restocked ASAP. This sometimes depends on availability from the supplier so feel free to ask for an estimated wait time.
Are you available for requests?
Unless it is a busy period I am always happy to discuss custom orders and requests. Design and print services are available for businesses, clubs and individuals. Contact here for more info.
Where are the video frames?
They will be available sporadically. However they take time and the materials are difficult to source so will not always be available. The best place for availability updates are Twitter or by joining the mailing list.
Do you still have Klopp/Heavy Metal Reds shirts?
As of Summer 2024 there is a very limited amount of stock left that can be ordered on the archive section of the shop. There are no plans to restock them.
